  • @PasserBy kind of yes and no. Yes because memory gets allocated, no because it is not for const expr it self, but kind of copy of it. Commented May 23, 2018 at 13:15

  • @HolyBlackCat you changed your question :) I do not know how to say it properly but I mean that when you compile .cpp file it creates a copy of constexpr specifically for that file. Commented May 23, 2018 at 13:23
