What browser are you using? You have to use a recent Chrome or Edge (Chromium) browser. You do not want script debugging enabled. You do not use any of the old browser key shortcuts like Alt+shift+D. If you have the correct setup and the debugger is not attaching, try closing VS and deleting the .vs folder then try debugging again Commented Aug 24, 2020 at 23:26
  • @MisterMagoo Yes I am using the latest version of Edge. Also tried deleting the .vs folder. Commented Aug 25, 2020 at 7:56
  • Is this a "Hosted" template or a standalone template? Commented Aug 25, 2020 at 8:15
  • @MisterMagoo Hosted. Commented Aug 25, 2020 at 8:31
  • Did you add the "inspectUri" to both the hosted and the client projects? Did you delete the .vs folder from both server and client projects? If you create a new blazor hosted solution and check debugging on that without changing anything, does that work? Commented Aug 25, 2020 at 8:50
