- @CharlesDuffy This post answers my question. I was specifically asking how to remove a folder with files in it in Git Bash. I apologize for asking an off-topic question. Going forward, I'll make sure to post any future questions within the proper area(s).Jermal– Jermal2021-05-09 01:20:57 +00:00Commented May 9, 2021 at 1:20
- @CharlesDuffy, This is not an obviously off-topic question, at least not for everyone. I can't be the only one out there who wasn't really aware that Git, Git bash are separated things. Gosh, even the difference between programming and scripting is sometimes unclear to me. Everyone has been a beginner at some point, I think it's a good idea to keep that in mind when addressing others here.jarmanso7– jarmanso72022-03-24 17:04:11 +00:00Commented Mar 24, 2022 at 17:04

How to Tag
A tag is a keyword or label that categorizes your question with other, similar questions. Choose one or more (up to 5) tags that will help answerers to find and interpret your question.
- complete the sentence: my question is about...
- use tags that describe things or concepts that are essential, not incidental to your question
- favor using existing popular tags
- read the descriptions that appear below the tag
If your question is primarily about a topic for which you can't find a tag:
- combine multiple words into single-words with hyphens (e.g. python-3.x), up to a maximum of 35 characters
- creating new tags is a privilege; if you can't yet create a tag you need, then post this question without it, then ask the community to create it for you
