  • It may be due to cache. You can call BluetoothLEDevice.GetGattServicesAsync() with the Cached option to refresh the list of services and re-initialize the services on the device. Commented Jan 24 at 9:53
  • @JunjieZhu-MSFT - really? I'd have thought Uncached would refresh the list of services as it forces it to look on the device, but as I said in my post I already tried it. However I'll give Cached a try just in case. Commented Jan 24 at 10:15

  • What's your system version? Could you please try to repro the issue and collect Bluetooth logs to help us further check the problem for you? Commented Jan 28 at 2:45
  • @JunjieZhu-MSFT - Windows 11 23H2 - I've gathered the logs and I'm currently looking through them but I am unsure of what I'm looking for in order to match up with the GetGattServicesAsync() call. Commented Jan 28 at 11:31
