Feature Proposal: Add MovedSkin to Core TWiki Distribution

Motivation

Sometimes a TWiki site gets moved to a new location with different URL. It is helpful to have a skin that redirects users on the old site to the new site.

Description and Documentation

• Create a new MovedSkin:
  • Simple screen with a yellow message that has a link to the new site
  • Message is configurable with a MOVEDMESSAGE preferences setting
  • Skin is activated as usual with a Set SKIN = moved message
• Add the new MovedSkin to core TWiki distribution

The skin is now implemented and available at MovedSkin. Decision to include in core is pending.
