An elegant way to do this would be to add a button like "Add Form" but "Add Template".

I thought about something like the WebTopicEditTemplate but with the chance to choose from different ones while creating a topic. For example I would like to have two different template MyDialogTemplate and MyDocumentTemplate. When creating a XyzDialog topic I would like to choose the MyDialogTemplate which prefills the TextArea with the content of the MyDialogTemplate.
