yes pleasse smile We already use a TWiki.Web using a WebForm as our BugTrackingSystem, but I would be interested to see how others have solved the reporting issue. We are probably going to end up moving the bug data into a Database, and I will have to use the DatabasePlugin to access it.

Hsa is still using a TwikiWeb 'Bugs' that that use a META data only WebForm that we fill in to track Issues. There are a number of accepted workflow practices, but very little automation. Reporting is done using SEARCH with table outputs, with small customisations - like being able to use a SEARCH as an option specification for other FORMS. We have not hit major scaling problems yet (sub 2000 trackes Issues), so I have not moved towards the database yet.

Recently I added a Product and Customer interaction Web, with further generalisation of the scripts, so i will eventually have something that is publishable..
