When creating a new web out of an existing web, the topics named Web* are copied into the new web. Unfortunatelly, the topics are copied including their revisions. There should be the possibility to reset the revisions of the copied topics back to 1.1. See also CurrentFunctionalityWithRevisions -- JoergBieri - 13 May 2003
