Not sure if binary attachments will work with this config.

I think editing perl files and renaming them is a bit much. Not everyone who installs a twiki is a perl programmer. I suggest that all configurations be more declarative -- settings, not code, are editited to configure twiki.

I don't know what can be done about the renaming * *.pl step for IIS. There may be an ISAPI filter around which can interpret the magic at the front of the files and launch perl.
