Bug: Selection in Form looses text if label contains "nop"

If a label in a select field of a web form (i.e., a field that is defined by a "select") starts with a "nop" operator (e.g., to avoid showing something as a link), and this label was the chosen value, then upon editing the topic again that selection is lost.

In other words, if the metadata contains a value starting with a "nop" for a select field, when the topic is edited, the value of the metadata is lost and the default value is displayed.

Test case

See NopForm
