Question

We would like to create a link or button that can be used to download all of the attachments on that topic. Although not a requirement, it would also be nice to be able to download a zip file that contains all of the attachments on that topic.

Does this functionality already exist, or should we implement it in our own?

You could probably create a link for a pop-up with a frameset which has the download links in separate frames.

But a ZIP would be nice. You might extend AttachmentListPlugin to have a ZIP option. At least that plugin does some of the work for you, searching and listing the attachments.
