Question
We installed 2007-08-31 version of the add on. When we try to generate a PDF file, empty a page is opened on the browser and Apache error logs say the following:
[Mon Sep 03 14:25:40 2007] [error] [client xx.yy.zz.ww]
[Mon Sep 3 14:25:40 2007]

A PDF file can be found on the tmp folder so it's almost working. In addition the three temporary html files are in the tmp folder.
Same happened also with previous versions (+ the patches).
Any ideas what could be wrong?

Answer
If you answer a question - or someone answered one of your questions - please remember to edit the page and set the status to answered. The status selector is below the edit box. We also had the same problem. The plugin was working and then it stopped for no reason. The error log had the same message as yours and the following message appeared in the browser.
The "SetGENPDFADDON_SKIN=" topic already exists Attention Cannot create
SetGENPDFADDON?_SKIN= because it already exists. Please go back in browser and try a new name
Does anyone know what is going on here?
