This is the application I've been looking for! Thank you for posting it. I came for the hover-moving and resizing, but I'm staying for the magnetism.

This has since disappeared and the install I have is not fully working properly on current and previous few MacOS versions. Does anyone have a lead on a similar app? I can't function without shift+opt mouse window resizing and shift+cmd window moving!
