- Sorry I don't have enough reputation to comment so I have to post this as an answer — but do you experience the same delay when you use the system switch input source combo Ctrl+Option+Space ("Select next source in input menu" in "Keyboard shortcuts -> Input sources")?hym3242– hym32422024-05-09 13:23:51 +00:00Commented May 9, 2024 at 13:23
- @hym3242 yes, the same delay. But can say after some time, because I've rebooted my Mac)iwex– iwex2024-05-09 16:43:02 +00:00Commented May 9, 2024 at 16:43
- The problem was with CursorUIViewService - it's not responding in Monitor. Just kill it. Also I hope that this patch will help to prevent this bug - reddit.com/r/MacOS/comments/171vtvz/…iwex– iwex2024-05-23 09:36:40 +00:00Commented May 23, 2024 at 9:36
- That's nice to know. Though it's not really a patch, it's really just a script that writes a plist for you.hym3242– hym32422024-05-26 02:16:21 +00:00Commented May 26, 2024 at 2:16

How to Tag
A tag is a keyword or label that categorizes your question with other, similar questions. Choose one or more (up to 5) tags that will help answerers to find and interpret your question.
- complete the sentence: my question is about...
- use tags that describe things or concepts that are essential, not incidental to your question
- favor using existing popular tags
- read the descriptions that appear below the tag
If your question is primarily about a topic for which you can't find a tag:
- combine multiple words into single-words with hyphens (e.g. macbook-pro), up to a maximum of 35 characters
- creating new tags is a privilege; if you can't yet create a tag you need, then post this question without it, then ask the community to create it for you
