  • \$\begingroup\$ @WallyWest yes, JavaScript has only one numeric type, Number. It is not arbitrary precision, but it can hold up to 170! Before overflow, at which point it is said to be Infinity. JS is weird?, but it is actually helpful in this case. \$\endgroup\$ Commented Feb 5, 2016 at 6:51
