\$\begingroup\$ something interesting happens when you use a leading 0 in the input, eg. try "0414141" as an input. I'm clueless at golf languages so I wouldn't know where to begin trying to explain it. \$\endgroup\$

\$\begingroup\$ I think it is evaluated as a string and hence iterates across across it as a string is an iterable and then each character evaluates to an integer as they are all digits (it will error with "hi" for example) \$\endgroup\$
