Table Notes and Explanations

(Please refer to the table below.)
  • To compare the software in this project to the software available in other distributions, please see our Compare Packages page.
  • Notes: In case where multiple versions of a package are shipped with a distribution, only the default version appears in the table. For indication about the GNOME version, please check the "nautilus" and "gnome-shell" packages. The Apache web server is listed as "httpd" and the Linux kernel is listed as "linux". The KDE desktop is represented by the "plasma-desktop" package and the Xfce desktop by the "xfdesktop" package.
  • Colour scheme: green text = latest stable version, red text = development or beta version. The function determining beta versions is not 100% reliable due to a wide variety of versioning schemes.

Asus B75M-A mobo, 16GiB of Memory, 1TiB HDD, Intel CPU & built-in GPU, i3300 4 core.
Installed LinuxHub and liked the initial look and live setup. But, upon installing on bare metal I found some odd quirks. Gnome-disk-utility did not operate properly in Mate Desktop Environment along with a few other issues. From other articles I've been reading it may be a problem with the new kernels.
It seems that LinuxHub has a lot to offer but needs to iron out the bug's a little longer IMHO.
Good Luck to the developer, honestly, you have a good product going here.

I was very impressed with the forethought in this distro. So many options to choose from but easy to understand. The install went smooth as well. Maybe not the distro for new users but for everyone else I could definitely recommend it. Some distro's just don't get the recognition that they deserve.

It was not a fast install but not too slow either. Left and Right click options galore. I liked the choice of installers, like Calamari or Prime installer. You have many choices as to your preferred desktop environment. Pretty much something for everyone.

It is arch based and comes from the USA. It is a rolling release distro. The forum for it looks nice and offers other distro support.
They have 109 registered users. Spin it up in a virtual machine and take a look,, I think you might be impressed.

Since I only tested it in a virtual machine, my take on it would not be the same as a bare metal install.
A lot of thought and work went into this distro as most distro's.
