  2. e-mail mishandling by me (hopefully rare)
  3. your e-mail sent from behind a "fire wall", and you cannot receive e-mail from my ISP (occasionally)
If you suspect a) or b) above, please re-send.
If you suspect c) above, please send from your home or public ISP (Internet Service Provider).
