Works! Now I have a problem that when I drag the mosaic dataset into Arc, the high/low values are crazy. The individual images seem to have the correct values.

@John When I was adding the raster to the mosaic dataset, I did not need to recalculate the statistics; Maybe you can set the option to calculate the statistics when you are adding the raster to the mosaic datataset. That should help.
