Can't reconnect CC2 after updating to 3.0.0 #218

Describe the bug
I'm unable to reconnect my CC2 the device manager after updating to 3.0.0
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Go to https://charachorder.io/config/settings/ in Chrome
- Click on Connect
- Select device: CC2
- See error:
NetworkError: Failed to execute 'open' on 'SerialPort': Failed to open serial port.
Expected behavior
I expect to be able to connect device.

Additional context
I updated CCOS to v3.0.0 and started setting up layouts.
