Bug Description

There are several Bugs in FluffyChat, which happen here also:

1. No popup of UnifiedPush-Provider selector, if multiple are installed: UnifiedPush: Multiple Provider installed, FluffyChat do not setup Notification krille-chan/fluffychat#2250
2. No setup of unifiedPush for more the one Account:
   • Issues:
     • Not recieving notifications on my second signed in account krille-chan/fluffychat#169
     • Multiaccout: UnifiedPush krille-chan/fluffychat#187
     • FluffyChat doesn't register notification targets if any FluffyChat is registered leading to no push notifications krille-chan/fluffychat#544
     • push notifications with multiple accounts krille-chan/fluffychat#599
     • Support for multi-account push notifications on iOS krille-chan/fluffychat#1178
     • The client does not send notification targets to the home server under multiple accounts. krille-chan/fluffychat#1299

3. Fallback to UnifiedPush Gateway: Unified Push notifications don't come through with sunup krille-chan/fluffychat#1799 : Element and so on use an public-gateway (if the UnifiedPushProvider provide one) because Matrix no not follow an push standard, but maybe soon: MSC4174: Web push matrix-org/matrix-spec-proposals#4174
4. Missing Setup of PushNotification:
   • UnifiedPush settings not visible krille-chan/fluffychat#1314
   • Feat: Override Notification Provider krille-chan/fluffychat#1133
5. display both clean gateway and matrix-push-endpoint: UnifiedPush: show endpoint in settings page in addition to gateway krille-chan/fluffychat#354
