Bug description

So I recently enabled and updated my disabled stock YouTube app to check if a bug is due to a patch or not. Then I decided to test and patch a split APK. But ever since then even though the original APK is v21.11.487, the manager's "Use saved APK" is fetching my disabled APK v20.14.41 instead.
