We need to go through places where we set environment variables for the
config lists and decide whether they should be unset under some condition.
For example, if VOYAGE_SYSTEM_CONSOLE is changed from 'serial' to 'console',
perhaps we should delete VOYAGE_SYSTEM_SERIAL.
If the user tries to run the scripts under a login other than root, there
are a lot of potential problems with permissions. Either we need to assure
that only 'root' runs the scripts, or else we need to add quite a bit of
code at various places (e.g. mounts and umounts, copies, deletes) to check
(and, if necessary, change [with sudo]) the existing permissions. For now,
we will take the easy route and assure only root can run :-).
We need to decide what to do in order to resolve differences between the
"distribution" /etc/voyage.conf and changes made by the user during the
running of the installation scripts. The current scripts save any changes
which have been made into .voyage-install.conf
Note that the current logic (in voyage-install.sh) is to override the
distribution etc/voyage.conf settings with those from .voyage-install.conf.
