To work around broken PLC connections, we temporarily copied three classes from the PLC4X project:

• SpCachedPlcConnectionManager
• SpConnectionContainer
• SpLeasedPlcConnection

The underlying issue has been fixed in PLC4X [1]. Once a new PLC4X release includes this fix, we can remove these three classes and revert to using the library’s implementation.
