Describe the bug

There is no hyperlink button in the WYSIWYG editor.

Reproduction

  1. Enable the WYSIWYG editor by pressing the Aa button in the input box.
  2. Observe that there is no hyperlink button.

Expected behavior

There should be a button to create hyperlinks.
