Room encryption for call rooms isn't indicated well #2846

Describe the bug
When looking at the room settings for an encrypted call room, the encryption setting says "Messages in this room are protected by end-to-end encryption", but does not clarify that calls are also encrypted.
Reproduction
- Go to the room settings in an encrypted call room.
- Observe that the "Room Encryption" setting only mentions messages.
Expected behavior
The "Room Encryption" setting would say "Messages and calls in this room..."
