Describe the bug
The collapsed icon-only sidebar shows an unwanted horizontal and vertical scrollbar.
The sidebar is a fixed icon rail with static navigation items.
It requires no scrolling in either direction.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open the LMS app in a browser
2. Observe the left sidebar while collapse.
3. Notice the scroll indicator of the sidebar

Expected behavior
No scrollbar should appear on the sidebar.
