Steps to reproduce

1. Go to any Widget tool in prod website (not on tools website preview)
2. Pay from a wallet currency Euro
3. Input an amount lower than 1Euro
4. The payment quote fails, but the loading spinner runs indefinitely and no generic error message is displayed
5. I cannot select another amount after the quote fails without errors.

Expected result

I should see a notification that my payment quote failed and the widget should allow me to select a different amount.
