The individual account page currently looks like this:

There are a number of things we want to update on this page, which we can split into 2 categories, low-effort and high-effort.

The low effort items are:

1. Add a page title to the page (and move the back button on mobile from "Balance" to the page title)
2. Rename "Accounts" to "Payment Pointers"
3. Remove the heading block above the payment pointers list

The expected changes look like this:

If #1305 gets done before this issue, then the screen might look like this:

There are thoughts around whether we want to drop "Withdraw money" and "Exchange money" since they don't actually do anything to show Interledger capabilities, but we have not confirmed this yet.

The high effort items are:

1. Redesigning the payment pointers list
2. Redesigning the buttons below the balance (the current square design makes it difficult for longer labels like "Add payment pointer")

For these high effort items, more thought needs to be put into it, so we have no mock-ups yet, but this issue will be updated when we come to a firm decision.
