Describe the bug

On a H100 , ILGPU immediately crashes . It appears ILGPU 1.5.x doesn't support SM_90 (Hopper)

Environment

• ILGPU version: 1.5.1
• .NET version: .NET 9
• Operating system: Ubuntu 24
• Hardware (if GPU-related): H100

Steps to reproduce

Run any ILGPU code on a H100

it should not crash
