Yesterday, I uploaded two files to a folder named Misc, as shown below:

These two files are completely inaccessible. If I click to open them, they just load forever, and if I click to delete, I get failed to delete error. I also notice the failed to delete error has a null request id, which is interesting.

I've confirmed both files are present in the data directory, no issues there. Earlier I had similar issues due to case insensitivity and identical names, but I've since set my volumes to be case sensitive, and anyways, these files are not identical in name.

Any ideas what's going on? I am using macos with the data directory on a bind mount.
