Rows below columns behaviour is buggy #2106

Problematic behavior
Clearing out that I'm not talking about tables. But about rows of blocks that have multiple columns
When I hit enter or delete rows below a row that has multiple columns the behavious is weird.
I often end up having my cursor on the right column
Expected behavior/code
Columns should affect rows bellow
Steps to Reproduce
- Do this...
- Then this...
- And then the bug happens!

- Docs version: 4.8.2
