This problem happens occasionally.

Some wikis are unable to load because they have partial transfer error. On firefox it's NS_ERROR_NET_PARTIAL_TRANSFER, on chromium it's net::ERR_CONTENT_LENGTH_MISMATCH 200 (OK).
