I checkout a question How to redirect the output of a command to an already existing file without deleting its contents? asked yesterday and get some upvotes. Some other user gave simple answer and answer also got good upvotes.

My issue is that asker can just do simple google search and get lot of pages having solution which is same as accepted one (even stackoverflow.com have lot of pages when I tried "site:stackoverflow.com append output to file bash" ). If question can be judged as low quality as user do not try to search on google ( or alike ) for simple problem Or some other factor make question and answer both good one ?
