The 27th of each month comes with a "What I Loved This Month" post, in which there will be free for all of kudos, thread pimpage, and just generally celebrating the things that you enjoyed. (Of course everyone is still encouraged to do these things whenever you would like, as they come up, but it's always nice to have a designated place for it.) These posts are intended to serve as a place to appreciate our fellow players and the stories we tell together, and if it turns into a sort of highlight reel to keep everybody caught up with what's going on with everybody else in-game, then that is just a bonus. :D [/review]

This is your official "What I Loved This Month" post. What did you love reading, what did you love playing, what keeps you coming back for more?

Tag in with pups you're at any stage of considering apping. The meme allows you to test the waters with a new character and get a first taste of what they'll be like to play. Pups (already in play or pending) can tag each other, ask questions, have conversations, and interact.

» Any pup not already in game or reserved by someone else can be thrown into the mix.
» You don't have to plan to apply for a pup to play them here.
» Anyone can participate in the meme, even if they're not currently in our game.
» Keep interaction IC and respectful to your fellow muns.
» You can comment with just the pup's name or a pseudo-EP, whichever works best for you.
» Put your pup's canon in the comment subject line.
» Have fun!

1. Tag in with your pups and tell us what YOU like about them. Why do you like playing them, what are your favorite kinds of threads, what's the most fun you've had lately, etc.?
2. Come back and pass the love around to everybody else.

We haven't done this in a while, and I think a lot of our pups could use some new friends. Let's see what we can do about that!

1. General information about your pup. Here's a copy/paste form to make it easier to both write and read, but feel free to deviate from it:

2. List other pups you'd like for them to thread with, focusing on people they've had little to no interaction with. Explanations are great but not necessary.

Once you've commented, you should then take a look around at other people's comments and find connections for your pup to make. Comment to each other to sort out details or make suggestions!

Imagining that your pup cannot ever leave the island and get back home, what will life be like for them in the future... 5 years from now, 10? 15? Did they marry, have kids, build a house, get elected to the Council, die? When we've done this in the past we've gotten some really amazing, thoughtful (and verbose!) answers. Answers may be in any form you like. (Drabbles, essays, lists, etc.)

Additionally, your mission, if you choose to accept it, is to post TWO futures: A possible/probable one and a completely cracked out, would never, ever happen one. Have fun with it! :)

I'm in the mood for a meme, how 'bout you? We haven't done this one in a long time but it's proved popular in the past!

Your pup has just ingested a large quantity of veritaserum, or "truth potion." Any questions asked of them they have to answer truthfully, whether they want to or not! There's absolutely no way around it.

Tag in your pup's name, and others will ask them painful questions. It's fun for the whole family!

There are two stipulations:

1. For every one of your pups that you submit to the meme, ask two questions of others (Either with that pup, or any of your others.)
2. If you are asked a question, please respond to it!

It is a boring, miserable Monday, which means TIME FOR A MEME!

It is a surprise meme.

Tag in your characters first, then watch this space. Instructions will come later.

OKAY TIME TO START! (But still tag in and catch up.)

1. Count down three top-level tags. Tell that character a secret. A fear? A hope? Something entirely different?

2. If you suddenly appeared in your homeland with the person ~~four~~ five tags UP from you, what would be the first thing you would show them? Tell them now.

3. Count two tags down, and ask that pup a question about anything you like. Then count another two down, and do the same. Answer as truthfully as possible any questions you are asked!

4a. Tell the person three tags above you your best pre-island memory.
4b. Then tell your worst pre-island memory to the person five tags down.

5. Round and round and round she goes...go to Random.Org and have it generate a random number. (You can put in any parameters you want, but if you go 1-100 it's a lot of counting.) Whatever number you get, count that many DOWN...your pup and that pup wake up together in a remote cabin. How did you get there and what were you doing?

(And that's it for me, but because this is done with Slatesecrets, anyone else can take over the instructions who wants to! Thank you all for playing!)

NOTE: If you count down and hit the bottom (or up and hit the top) just carry on from the other end. If you're counting and get your own pup, you can either keep going in multiples of the same till you get to one that isn't, or just do the tag anyway.
