There were campaign songs about her, though, usually rewrites of earlier pop songs. Vince Hill, I think, sang 'Maggie for Me' in either of the 1983 or 1987 campaigns.

Thanks for those. I am disappointed to see that they failed to include any Thatcher playground rhymes, but in terms of musical merit I can't say "Here is Maggie Thatcher, throw her up and catch her" etc. really gets into any top 20.
