Vancouver, BC

November Project is a free fitness movement that was born in Boston as a way to stay in shape during cold months. Now present in multiple cities around the world, the movement is using a simple sense of accountability (verbal) to motivate and encourage people of all ages, shapes, sizes and fitness levels to get out of their beds and get moving. Their members vary from professional athletes, marathoners, triathletes, current and former collegiate athletes all the way to complete fitness rookies and recent couch potatoes just looking to kickstart their healthy life choices. If you think that youโ€™re not fit enough to join the group, stop thinking and come see what the fuss is all about.

Led by Dave, Kim and Gabe, they are leading the Vancouver crew with fun, free fitness and shenanigans for everyone who wants to wake up at stupid o’clock to have some community and friends with their gains!

See our introduction video to get a quick glimpse at our shenanigans!ย

MEET THE CO-LEADERS!ย

Camp Dad Dave

GranFondo rider of several years. An enthusiast to the outdoors, whether it would be skiing at the highest of peaks, or swimming into the cold waters deep while diving. He’s known as Camp Dad. A legend, a strong pillar of our whacky community. Also the server of great dad jokes, cocktails, and husband and father.

Kim Chi

You may not like it, but this is what peak “go-hard-idiot-gene” performance looks like. Known to be a lover of random wilderness adventures and favouring inconvenient challenges, such as wearing a thick bear costume during a race in 25ยฐC / 77ยฐF heat, Kim is always down to clown. You say community? She says “Got you.”

Gabe the Maniac

May be an image of 1 person, beard, smiling and text that says '่ฅฟ SER KALSER LRMANENTE. RUN Calorado CO lorado Marathon CO oo w1Marativon,12 arathon 12H KAIK Fort C olli Collins Collins RUNOCO line'

He’s got a zest for that go-hard morning life and a wide mouth like Stitch the adorable alien! He’s gonna show you how to push up and push down, the spread that coffee all around – bringing joy to the community and sweat along with it!

November Project Vancouver set the record by having over 150 people during their pledging period. As an official November Project location, they’re taking the already fierce outdoor community to the next level with crazy workouts and exceptional views … not to mention a killer LION tag!

  1. You MUST do the California SwimRun 15K Sprint on Sunday afternoon, March 25, 2018 in San Diegoโ€™s Mission Bay! Many of the members of NP San Diego either compete in the swimrun event or, they volunteer for the event #justshowup

  2. Will there ever be an opportunity for there to be either an earlier time or a weekend time? Starting work at 7 am during the week limits my options!

  3. Hello,

My name is Karen Garcia and I am a local Territory Manager for Canadian Blood Services. I am reaching out to you to see if you might be interested in adopting a day at our Oak Donor Centre (about 10 blocks from Queen Elizabeth Park) this February or March and encourage your members to donate blood! We are partnered with the November Project in Kelowna and they just announced that they will be adopting Feb. 22 for their second annual blood drive!
