I see how unit tests and acceptance tests shouldn't be confused. Not that Uncle Bob is a god, but in "Agile Principles, Patterns and Practices in C#" he includes acceptance testing (and uses FitNesse) as a part of TDD and doesn't make a distinction and doesn't even mention ATDD.
