  • There appears to be a problem with the (nearly 6 year old) link in this question. According to the page here: 1code.codeplex.com, the Microsoft All-In-One Code Framework homepage has been migrated to blogs.msdn.com/b/onecode. I have not investigated the MSDN blog pages to see (if or) where the standard can be accessed. Commented May 28, 2016 at 1:09
  • You can attack it from this angle: If your standard covers for example CWE's, such as CERT C does (see en.wikipedia.org/wiki/CERT_C_Coding_Standard), then the CWE's can be related to quality as per CISQ: it-cisq.org/standards/code-quality-standards Commented Sep 2, 2020 at 12:54
