pap, thanks for the reply. We are using web safe fonts (mostly Arial) still many times the font looks a bit different in Photoshop than it is in the browser. Thanks for the reuse and labeling size on elements

@mbdev: You're probably seeing the difference between css/web font smoothing + anti-aliasing vs photoshop.
