    @Martin Schröder: "affordable" usually means they can afford to charge that much, and "modest" means they won't brag about it. :-) AFAIK Joachim is correct, you won't get pricing details publicly for this type of thing. (And thanks for the edit.) Commented Apr 11, 2013 at 17:53
