  • Well, I've seen project so f**ed up that their maintenance budget was three or four time the initial developement budget. Anyway, the term I'm looking for is not an "official" and serious thing, but more something like the "Ballmer peak" in xkcd. Sorry if I'm not very clear. Commented May 5, 2011 at 9:40
