except usually when you have a condo you don't all of a sudden end up needing 100 more condos, I'd say its more like a hotel, you "rent" in small units of time and you can buy more rooms if you need them and only have to pay for however many days you use them

@Rick: Maybe, but a cloud server is more full featured compared to a physical server then a hotel room is to a house.
