Consider the worker who slacks the day away with nothing to show at the close of business, then remotes in from home to commit a mess to source control at 3AM. Compare to the worker who produces twice the output before lunch, spends half a day learning / training while waiting for his next assignment, then enjoys the evening with his family. | |
