That's why I believe that daily scrum meetings are not enough and should be replaced by weekly meetings. Or daily scrum meetings lasting 30 minutes instead. Commented Mar 10, 2012 at 7:05
  • @Korchkidu: No - the daily scrum meeting is not a technical meeting, but a progress report. You spend 15 seconds in the meeting to schedule a 15 minute meeting later that day. As a scrum master, it's your responsibility to keep the standup focused. Commented Mar 12, 2012 at 10:18
