Robert suggested that an alternative is to store the shopping cart in the server state (a.k.a. resource state): ‘Or you can make it an "official" server state, and have proper resources for it.’ But now comes the question of identification: should the user identifier be stored in the URI or in the Authorization HTTP request header field? | |
