HelenOS is a portable microkernel-based multiserver operating system written from scratch. It decomposes key operating system functionality such as file systems, networking, device drivers and graphical user interface into a collection of fine-grained user space components that interact with each other via message passing. A failure or crash of one component does not directly harm others. HelenOS is therefore flexible, modular, extensible, fault tolerant and easy to understand. HelenOS does not aim to be a clone of any existing operating system and trades compatibility with legacy APIs for cleaner design. Most of HelenOS components have been made to order specifically for HelenOS so that its essential parts can stay free of adaptation layers, glue code, franken-components and the maintenance burden incurred by them.

The blocksparse repository provides efficient GPU kernels (TensorFlow custom ops) for block-sparse matrix multiplication and convolution operations. The idea is to exploit block-level sparsity — i.e. treat matrices or weight tensors as composed of blocks, many of which may be zero or unused — to save compute and memory when sparsity patterns are structured. This is particularly useful in models like Sparse Transformers, where attention matrices or intermediate layers may adopt block-sparse patterns to scale better. The repo implements both blocksparse and blockwise convolution/transpose-convolution primitives, with support for preparing, executing, and verifying those ops on NVIDIA GPUs. In addition to low-level kernels, it includes wrapper code for integrating with TensorFlow, example scripts (e.g. a transformer on the enwik8 dataset), transformer logic that uses blocksparse operations, and debugging helpers.

Contains a framework for Coldfire MCUs like 52254. The framework supports a Command Line Interface (CLI) that may work from Serial port, USB or ENET. The framework uses Processor Expert and IDE requirement is MCU Eclipse 10.4 from Freescale. Includes the FunkOS Realtime Operating System by Funkenstein Software Consulting, available at http://funkos.sourceforge.net Mainly it is a support package for the development board Perseus, but I have ported also the RTOS to MCF52233DEMO board. Make sure that CoqIDE (8.6 or newer) is installed and coqidetop or coqidetop.opt (coqtop for Coq versions before 8.9.0) is in your PATH. Also, make sure the python command is recognized on your machine. If not you can set up an alias for it e.g. python-is-python3 on Ubuntu. There are a number of convenience improvements over standard Jupyter notebook behavior that are implemented to support Coq-specific use cases.

This is the fifth or sixth generation of this idea, the big difference being that we have written some bootloader code and have started mapping out the kernel layout and structure. We have decided upon a core programming language for the kernel, and the core language for almost everything else. With a focus on isolating the MAJOR kernel features from the system itself, in what until now has remained research only instances, we hope to create a fully functioning exokerne. All code at this time will be available only via a git repository.

Send local files or dataframes to a remote cluster (e.g. sending pretrained local ML model straight to the Spark cluster) Authenticate to Livy via Basic Access authentication or via Kerberos.
