The start of some of the changes in NewPrefs

Removed some dead code
Added Notifications for the First Message and opening a Conversation to the buddy and group settings (upgraded keys same).

Startup uses a lot of temporary memory, so use some nested autorelease pools to release the unused memory earlier.

Allows the Unloaded notification action class to proxy later if it can load. Very useful for plugins

Missed the super dealloc

Since plugins could be executed during this call, try to be safer about it.

Same as [4817] but applied to the old growl display.
I did this as separate commits because it is easier to duplicate changes when using svn merge :)

Updated the growl plugin to the new notification system

More work on the notification system. Now the list of notifications is dynamic, so plugins can add their own.

Two things.
If the account is connecting, show that fact in the Accounts Menu (dash instead of check)
If the account is connecting, and the user toggles the connection, disconnect rather than attempt another connection (user can cancel connect).
