Tagging version 1.5.6 for release

Merged in [4798] from trunk

Rolled back my previous commit. This is a much better way to do it.
If the buddy is already away, don't change to the retrieving away message status, just keep them away and if the message changes, process that when it is actually received.

I think this will fix the false positives on status change detection (I hope).

Updated the readme for [4826].

Cleaned up the Chat Windows Preference Pane.
Mostly, eliminated the non-webkit view (since it will quickly become too much of a pain to change and will fall behind) and everything associated with it.

We weren't reading in the encoding from the file, even though it was saved... (ugh, the mess this architecture was).
Should fix #187

Since the pref has been eliminated, no need to check for it anymore.

The start of some of the changes in NewPrefs

Removed some dead code
Added Notifications for the First Message and opening a Conversation to the buddy and group settings (upgraded keys same).
