Update the make file so the obsolete cpus generators are not built

Fixed testcpus to only run against the ones that are really usable
also altered testcpu to generate an html report file for the cpu being
tested

Put warning messages into code generators that rely on features
no longer supported in the standard Ubuntu after Ubuntu 17

remove use of gcj

Fix the opteron code generator so it uses gcc-4.8 for linking it does
not work with the Position independent code required for later versions
